This place is a gem of a B and B. Perfectly located for visiting the Ironbridge museums or if you have business in Telford. We received a warm welcome from Rosemary and Adrian and were provided with a scrumptious home made afternoon tea that would shame most hotels. The Besselow room overlooks the delightful garden. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and has a lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast was fantastic, with eggs from their own hens, local produce and home made preserves...

This is the third time we've stayed here (our company annual kick off conference is now held at the TIC) and every visit has been superb. This year was certainly no exception - greeted with a beautiful afternoon tea, a wonderful and well appointed bedroom and in the morning a delicious fresh cooked breakfast that's as good as you'll have anywhere. Adrian and Rosemary are brilliant hosts and it really feels like "home from home". There's nowhere better in the area.

On our arrival at this lovely period house, we were greeted with tea and homemade cakes. The huge and beautifully decorated bedroom, with a superbly comfortable bed and clean, luxurious ensuite overlooked the well tended gardens. Breakfast was delicious, with local sausages and bacon and homemade compote and jams. This was a great base for a couple of days exploring the Ironbridge Gorge museums.

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay, only a short drive from Telford. Rosemary and Adrian are the perfect hosts, and have thought of every little thing to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Greeted upon arrival with afternoon tea with delicious homemade cakes. The Old Rectory is lovely; tasteful furnished and set in beautiful grounds in a quiet village just a few mins drive from Telford. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved our stay and will come again.

One word... Superb This is the second time that we've stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much. A lovely afternoon tea to welcome us, a beautifully appointed bedroom and as good a breakfast as you'll find anywhere. If you're in the area treat yourself and book here, you won't be disappointed.
