"We stayed at this delightful property for four nights in August. The property was furnished and decorated to a high standard. The extensive gardens were colourful and immaculately presented. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast menu was extensive. Much of the food was home-made or locally sourced and was prepared and presented in an excellent manner. When we arrived and on one day when we returned mid-afternoon, there was the added bonus of a pot of tea (from an extensive choice of flavours) and Rosemary's delicious home-made cakes. Adrian and Rosemary were the perfect hosts with good advice about places to visit and restaurants. For anyone staying in the area around Telford, this is the place to be."

"Rosemary & Adrian are wonderful hosts, taking every measure to make your stay a memorable one. Our room was very comfortable and with a modern bathroom. Their gardens are absolutely stunning and the perfect place to relax. The included breakfast is absolutely delicious."

"Fabulous!!!!! From arrival to departure our stay was amazing. Our hosts Adrian and Rosemary were truly special, nothing too much trouble. The highlight was Rosemary's wonderful cooking and their wonderful property which was immaculate. We will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it !!!!"

"I stayed here for one night as I was attending a conference. The big hotels were fully booked so chose this B&B. The house and gardens are wonderful. My room with shower room was immaculate, breakfast was outstanding and from the moment I arrived I was treated as a friend rather than a guest. I am so glad that the big hotels were all booked up!"

"This place is a gem of a B and B. Perfectly located for visiting the Ironbridge museums or if you have business in Telford. We received a warm welcome from Rosemary and Adrian and were provided with a scrumptious home made afternoon tea that would shame most hotels. The Besselow room overlooks the delightful garden. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and has a lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast was fantastic, with eggs from their own hens, local produce and home made preserves. Eating breakfast sitting by the window watching a squirrel pinching food from a bird table was quite idyllic. Rosemary and Aidrian were friendly but unobtrusive hosts. We enjoyed good meals each night at places that they recommended. A super B and B and absolutely incredible value for money."

"A lovely place to stay This was our second stay and, like the first time, it couldn't have been better. Our hosts were charming and welcoming, giving us tea and home baked cakes (including a very nice Victoria sponge) when we arrived. Our room (indeed the whole house) was spotless and very comfortable and the extensive garden was looking lovely in the spring sunshine. In the morning our (very good) breakfast included eggs from two of the hens at the bottom of the garden - mine was curtesy of Boadicia and my wife's from Morehenna! This is as good as B&Bs get and I can't recomend it highly enough. We'll certainly be going back."
